We joined Knox and a bunch of fitness-loving folks at Raas Chhatrasagar for a 4-day escape that was equal parts movement and mellow.

Mornings began with animal flow by the lake, afternoons were for poolside unwinding (cocktails included), and the rest of the day was packed with easy conversations, fitness consults, and that rare thing, actual breathing room.

We kept the cameras rolling through all of it, the workouts, the wind-downs, and the quiet in between, to create a film that feels like what it was: a reset that actually stuck.
